After Closing an Investment
After you have decided to invest, and the loan has been completed, Diamond Bay will provide you with:
- A prorated check covering interest from the closing date through the end of the first month.
- A copy of the signed and executed promissory note, the deed of trust and title insurance policy.
- A hazard (fire) insurance endorsement showing you as the beneficiary.
Handling all aspects of your trust deed investments, we:

- Provide current loan status to investors through online access, telephone,
email, or fax.
